The New Frontier Hotel and Casino was a casino resort located on the
famed Las Vegas Strip that had operated continuously since 1942... the New
Frontier closed its doors in July of 2007, and was demolished in November
2007 to make way for the construction of a new casino resort called the "Las
Vegas Plaza".Legal issues and a slow economy have delayed constriction of
Las Vegas Plaza... and no clear timeline for construction is currently
available.
